AutoHotKey Persist after termination

AutoHotKey scripts are terminated when the emulator attached to them exits so that the user does not have to add any termination logic in their script. This prevents any post application logic in the AHK script from executing.

To keep the current behavior as default, I am requesting a toggle-able feature that when checked will persist the AutoHotKey script (requiring the script itself to exit).
