game wont load

Former user created an issue

it says "cant start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer." i have reinstalled it and it still does not work

    Hi Anonymous, what game? What emulator? Please hit us up on the forums, as this doesn't sound like it's LaunchBox-related.
