Feature Request: TouchScreen support from Bigbox / Premium

Hello, I am attempting to create a home style mega touch quiz machine out of an old touch screen AIO. SimpleTouch FE is quite outdated and not overly simple to adjust once you have begun. I was hoping to use BigBox in order to be my menu and game launcher but have now found out that there is not support for a feature like this as of yet.
