"Account could not be accessed"

In regards to importing my steam games into LaunchBox, no matter what i do,i always get the "Your account could not be accessed." message. I'm sure to have my steam profile public, connected to the internet and followed all instructions thoroughly. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
