Animate background images to transition between each other. Not just jump from a static state.

Background Transparency Slider can have a color filter. ie Pink, Red, Black, Smoke, Chrome, Gun Metal, Digital Cammo, etc.

Rotate background images & fan art backgrounds when cursor/controller is idle (60 secs), or rotate randomly between ROMs/Carts.
