Launchbox.Next UI lock on resize

The Launchbox.Next UI can lock up on resize. In windowed mode, resize down to a single displayed row, then resize until a new row or column should be displayed. The UI will lock. Switching to another application using Alt+Tab and back will free the UI and it render normally.
