Launchbox.Next scrollbar highlight

When mousing over the scroll bar area, the highlight only draws of the area either above or below the scroll position indicator (depending on where your mouse cursor is). Not sure if that is intentional, but it is inconsistent with how scroll bar visuals are typically drawn in other Windows applications.
