LaunchBox Next Infinite Welcome Screen

LaunchBox Version: 8.3 (though this also happened in 8.2)
OS Version: Windows 7 Professional 64bit - Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
Issue Occurrence: Every time LaunchBox Next is started
Steps to Reproduce: Start LaunchBox Next in any way
Issue Details: Upon starting LaunchBox Next, after the welcome screen is shown, any attempts to close the welcome screen, instead of closing it, open another welcome screen. Multiple attempts will continue to open new windows and the only way to exit the application is to pull up task manager and kill the process, since you can't get to the app. Checking the "Do not show this again for this version" box will proceed to show the add games dialog, but any attempts to close that dialog simply opens another add games dialog in a similar manner to the welcome screen.

Note: This particular error occurs on a fresh install with no games imported. Once games are imported into LaunchBox, LaunchBox.Next begins to work as expected.
