Overlay, Time played and Achievements

3 Things i feel should be added as LaunchBox for me and probably a lot of people is to use Steam and other launchers as least as possible.

1.Overlay Including Web Browser, Music Playback, Achievements(If Added) and potential guides. (Pretty much a copy of steams overlay except a better look and optimization)

2. Time Played, Again Like every other launcher has it shows how much time you have played in said game also potentially the ability to import time played from Steam when importing games.

3. Achievements Whether it be your custom Achievements for the game or the games actual Achievements it be cool to have them in LaunchBox maybe add points kinda like uPlay but these points can be redeemed for maybe some cool rewards like entries into a giveaway or maybe a certain extent of LaunchBox Premium time, Hell if you could do it for games, gift cards etc
