Option for MAME-import to skip Screenless System

So I just imported Mame 0.198, I found that it included Screenless Systems.

It would be great if my import didnt include screenless system unless I specify otherwise.

I don't know if there is any data to tell if a system is screenless during the import, maybe a possible solution would be to check if a Screenshot is available that match the "Screenless System" screenshot.
