Just got Big Big - can't access forums.launchbox-app.com on Windows 10

I bought a Big Box license about 2 weeks ago. I'm very pleased with my purchase. However now that I'm trying to setup my platforms, etc. I can't access forums.launchbox-app.com on any of my Windows 10 laptops & PCs at home. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 1803 and switch between using Microsoft Edge and Chrome (both updated to most recent versions)

Then the reason I want to access the forums is because I imported N64 roms which setup the N64 platform in Big Box. The problem I'm experiencing is that the N64 clear logo does not appear even though its in the Launchbox files...

This is not a Launchbox issue or bug.
