auto hotscript broken ?

Hi, I installed and desinstalled auto hostscript from my PC, and maybe it's the reason why my ahk scripts per emulators are not working. It's the first time I use them so it may be because of my noob skills too :/ I tested it with a very simple script with a MsgBox. The script works outside of Launchbox but not when I launch my emulator. What can I do ? Reinstall launchbox ? I'm afraid to lose everything...
