BigBox freezes, have to CTRL-ATL-DEL, task manager, end task

BigBox starts fine, but when I scroll through the platforms it will hit one (different every time) and just freeze. I've waited 10 minutes, but usually nothing happens. Rarely it will start going again after 4-5 minutes. Rarely it will error out. See the attached error message. It says Object reference not set to an instance of an object, then a bunch of text.

OK - now LaunchBox is crashing randomly on me too. Worked great until I got the premium membership :(

Hi Brian, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Honestly it looks like there's some kind of configuration, driver, or hardware issue on that machine, because I don't recognize these errors as happening elsewhere. I would first try making sure all Windows updates are installed, and then try repairing .NET and DirectX. Then you can try updating video drivers and any other drivers that are available.
