Categorizing "Series" Incorrectly

For example, I have the entire Batman collection (the Arkham one), and if I categorize by Series, it still doesn't do it correctly. If I choose that, then it should automatically do so by original release year. MEANING that if X is released in 2010, and X GOTY edition is released in 2012, well X GOTY should still come before Y released in 2011.

Basically, the launcher should recognize when games are released in a series, and automatically re-arrange that. As well as automatically re-arranging them where a GOTY edition would always be placed at the same spot as the original game. In other words, a series should never be broken up, where the games are placed incorrectly, or where GOTY are placed further out in the spectrum.

I consider this a bug, since by default the behaviour of a launcher has to understand the perspective of a gamer without confusing him.
