My games do not open!!

Hello, Launchbox friends, my problem is that I try to open my games with your app but none of the ways to open a game can't do it, like a few hours before I could play games with your app with no problem, but now I can't open them, this has happened to me before with the N64 and the GameBoy Advance, but I deleted those games and put them again in the app and they could be played, but my progress in all those games was lost, now it happens with all those consoles, I hope you can help me with my issue, and I love your app.
