Can you get the full log, your screenshot doesn't show the entire log. You can simply select all the text and copy / paste it instead of taking a screenshot.

Hi Can I get the logs for the error from a text file I have since turned the machine off

The next time it happens (if it happens) highlight and select the text like you would in notepad or a web browser to copy and paste it. Unfortunately because your crash log screenshot is missing some information what is showing does not provide any useful details as to the cause of the error.
