PC Game Image Mounting Option

I was wondering if there could be an option that allows us to keep a pc game image mounted that could be built into launchbox, such as giving us the option to mount any number of pc games at the same time. That way we could just leave the image files on our computers and they would just stay mounted while launchbox was open.

Just out of curiosity why would you want this ? You can use a batch file and the additional apps to mount and unmount a disk image on load an closing of a game. There forum threads on this and I used to use this for Saturn games back when I used SSF to emulate them.

But wouldn't it be easier and less time consuming if we were able to just simply mount the image and keep it mounted?
