Steam link Virtual here Big box Reoccoring issue!

I've noticed that time and time again with no real reasoning behind it, when i start big box useing steam link with virtual Here and a logitech USB WIRED controller it well lose the device in the menu or have huge 5 second lag spikes or completely not responding.

I've conformed it's not network lag over many weeks of testing .

"this issue should be fix able with a check box that says refresh controller list on start up or current refresh button."
