Dedicated screen for control images

I would like to have the ability to dedicate a screen to showing an image of my arcade controls, and what button is assigned for what game, similar to the dedicated marquee screen. Looks like there is already an Arcade - Controls Information image folder for arcade that includes images matching what i want to do, i just need a way to assign them to a dedicated monitor.
