Big Box - Navigation - Keyboard

I realize I can use my keyboard with launchbox but box covers do not work for me in launchbox. Everything works fine in Big Box. It would be nice when navigating game list that I could use my keyboard to skip to games that start with a particular letter. Thanks.

Just press the first letter of the game you want and it will jump to that section, for example pressing C will take you the first game that starts with the letter C.

I did that. It works in LaunchBox but not in Big Box. I'll try reinstalling.
