"Add notes" to listed game

So this idea came up when I ended up missing something on Breath of Fire II.

How about adding a feature to "Add notes" to a selected game? Here's how it would work:

Right click on the game "Add notes..." option is listed. Click on it and you'll have a special type of notepad to add personal notes. You can categorize it as "Secret," "Game breaking bug," "Missable," etc.

This would be useful for old console games like Sega, Super Nintendo, and Nintendo.
