Launchbox does not run

Hello, I have a problem running LaunchBox, after updating the program to version 8.6 I got the error that I was missing api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll and I closed it because that error I left in the emulators and they kept on working, but after that I get the idea that Launchbox stopped working. I tried to reinstall it and see if I could solve the error, but I kept getting the error no matter what I did. Your program is the best and I hope you can help me with my problem.

-Version of LaunchBox 8.6 -Windows 7 -This error occurs every time I open Launchbox -I run Launchbox and it says that I need api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll, I close it and it tells me that the program stopped working. -Message that comes to me: The program can not be started because api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll is missing on the computer. Try reinstalling the program to correct this problem.
