Ability to specify multiple game folders per system

I keep my games organized in sub folder based on the region the rom was from. As long as the system only categorized by the country and doesn't have a region for worldwide releases everything is fine, but when there are releases for USA and World i have to select only the USA folder, but would like to be able to select both for scans for new roms.
