Improve ROM playlist membership visibility and management

Two specific implementation ideas.

When right-clicking a ROM file, and entering the Playlist submenu, display checkboxes for those playlists to which the file belongs. Further, those checkboxes should be clickable to toggle membership on and off, right from the right-click menu.
In the Edit panel for a ROM, provide a tab or area which shows playlist membership, similar to the right-click Playlist sub-menu. Implement this in such a way that the bulk editor will let you select a playlist for the batch of selected files to join.
