Default Theme

when using Bigbox on default theme the selection box for selecting from Recent roms or Favorite roms has a BLUE selection box for roms. Is it possible to make it an glowing animating or rainbow selection box? I noticed its kinda hard to see sometimes and it would be cool to see the selection box glowing or animation more so I know exactly what I'm selecting.
