Former user created an issue

hey there, I purchased a premium license back in September of last year. My email address is var5592@gmail.com I have WIndows 10, latest release of Launchbox (no beta) I had a premium registered install on my pc. I decided to upgrade to WIndows 10 and reinstal Launchbox. I can not for the life of me find the original email you sent me to activate my license. I also can not get anything to import into the program. I set the rom file, then the platform and emulator and the import process appears for a moment and disappears.

    Hi Anonymous, I just re-sent your license. There's a known issue with EmuMovies on the imports in the latest official release. You can try either disabling EmuMovies or upgrading to a beta release.
