Add Battery Usage button for slower devices on Default Theme

I know some themes allow you to see how much battery is left but I still love and use the default theme and would love if you could add inside the options menu to turn on the Power indicator button overlay. This would help out using my GPD Win2 PC. i dont like using the other skins and love Default theme :)))
