My game roms

When i am trying to import my snes game to launch box my it's doesn't show all my game pic etc. I also can't launch my game retroarch. I use it as emulator. I can't play my game. It said it doesn't exist. When I go to tool under launch with it said nestopiallibretro... I need help as soon as possible. Here are the pic. Below
