Big Box doesn't work with Steam Link

So I plugged my controller into the steam link, launched big box....and it didn't work. That's the only reason I purchased it. Is there a way I can fix this or get a refund for it?

Hi Anonymous, the Steam Link doesn't support Direct Input, only XInput. We have this on our list to add. No problem on the refund if that's a deal-breaker for you, just email me at [e-mail] and we can process the refund.
