Allow user to lock Launchbox Layout

Often when I go to scroll down the games list, I accidentally resize the game details window instead. In general, it would be great to be able to "lock" the Launchbox layout so the user cannot change it by mistake and guests cannot tinker with it. Many thanks for considering!
