Improved Controller Support

Currently, controller support is just a mapping from keyboard/mouse to controller. However, a cursor-less controller option similar to Big Box would be appreciated. This entails a few things:

Not needing to click on a box in order to highlight a box to move around with the D-pad
Remap the right-click button (Button 2 by default) to instead move focus to the sidebar to change consoles
From the sidebar, the confirm button (Button 1 by default) should move focus back to the game selection
Option to hide cursor (Issue #312)

This feature would provide an option for those users who like the simplicity and responsiveness of LaunchBox proper, but prefer the full controller support currently unique to Big Box.
