Batch nested list control

I'd love the ability to be able to move and arrange lists either via drag and drop or via a batch wizard/menu.

For example, I have created multiple top 10 lists and they currently sit under their existing platforms. I'd like to have an option to select them all and place them all under a new Top 10 category at the same time.
