Allow searches for clone games/grouped additional applications.

Currently, searching for a clone rom or anything grouped with a main ROM will bring up "nothing found", even if you've put in the correct name of a clone rom. I know it might be confusing for the typical user if those roms were to come up by default, but maybe it'd be a good candidate for adding to search settings.

In the past, this also applied to regional variations of games - searching for the NA name of a MAME game would come up empty if the JP variation had imported as the original and vise versa. Mostly solved by prioritized MAME set imports, but it'd still help to be able to search for a foreign version even if your roms are stacked.

It really helps with MAME being able to search for clones and hacked games, since otherwise they're just kind of lost to the ether unless you know the exact game they're based on.
