Bezel and Fade Support

In order to use Launchbox/Bigbox as an all in one solution, Bezel Support and Fade screens would allow me to get rid of Rocketlauncher.

Bezel support would only be needed for non mame/retroarch emulators. I know it would be a huge task, but it really would solidify Launchbox as the king of frontends. Mame/Retroarch could benefit from a Bezelproject type importer script when importing roms... or align with BezelProject to help bring these features into Launchbox/Windows PCs.

Fade screens are coming, bezels are not. There is a user made plugin in testing right now that does give this feature though.
