Wizard loads behind plex on a different screen every time.

Whenever a wizard helper come us, it is loaded incorrectly, behind a window if one is open, specifically for me Plex player on another screen. Screens 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 LB is running on 2, instead it appears in the upper right hand corner of 1, behind and un frontable by any traditional means. It is selected, and may have something to do with plex "Always on top" being toggled, but it does not explain the incorrect placement of the wizard window. It should be centered on top of the main LB windows right? Thanks! instant lifetime subscriber.
