[Feature] Auto Update Third-party plugins.

As an Plugin developer
I want to be able to release a new version of my Plugin and update it direclty via Launchbox
So end-users doesn't need to go to the forums and download a new version everytime that plugin is updated.

Description:

Would be good to have some option to input the Opensource plugin that I'm using and checks the latest version then update it direclty from Github Releases.

This would ensure: Correct installation of plugins and separated in folders Auto Update correctly Easier Management of Plugins

The premises for this to work should be: Plugins are open source to it can be more secure. Platform for git should be Github due API for Releases. Semantic version should be used so It can check latest version.
