DB Image Deletions Seemingly Aren't Working

I know every now and then an image will fail to delete from the DB but the last 7 or so deletions I've submitted have all been approved but the images are all still there. It seems like deletions may not be working.

Hm, I had a delete go through around 7 hours after the last one had failed so maybe deletes are at their standard level of glitching and I just got a bunch in a row.
