Bulk Rename ROM files

I believe this has been requested before in some capacity but just in case:

As a user, I would like the ability to bulk-rename ROM files on my hard disk based on scraping data with formatting options to include region, year, platform, or other metadata in the filename.

ex.

Rename the file "super_fun_awesome_game-HyDrA10repack[usa].rom"

to

"NES - 1988 - Developer - Super Fun Awesome Game [USA].rom"

Or -

\NES\USA\Developer\"Super Fun Awesome Game.rom"

etc.

NOTE: For a similar feature in an unrelated program, I would check out MusicBee's file rename utility. It executes this feature very well. This is similar to "album/artist/year/etc." renaming of music files.
