1. Import Game Boy, Game Boy Advance Systems into Launchbox
2. Create an auto-generated child playlist for Game Boy Advance.
3. Create an auto-generated child playlist for Game Boy and make sure to click "Remove All Existing Auto-Generated Playlists and categories"
4. The new playlist will be created under Game Boy, but the Game Boy Advance playlists will be removed.

Also removed auto-generated playlists from game boy color.
