V9.3 Beta 1 Startup screens causing many games to lose focus and run in background

When running games in BigBox I'm encountering issues with many games in my Windows category. After I launch I am seeing the now loading screen for a few seconds which goes away, then shows the game selection screen in BigBox. The game is running in the backgound, I need to Alt+Tab over to it (sometimes even Alt+Tab doesn't get me to the game, have to force kill the apps).

Not seeing a pattern between the types of games really, but does seem to happen consistently on any game that has a UAC popup for Yes/No before it launches. Also happening on several that do not have that popup. I haven't tried on other platforms much yet as I've been focusing on Windows games. Disabling startup screens resolves the issue.

Windows games are a major challenge to get working with startup screens, because every single game is very different in the startup process. You can disable the startup screens for any games that cause issues. You can also batch edit them to disable them for all of your Windows games if you want. Unfortunately it would be impossible for us to get it working perfectly for every single Windows game.
