Incompatibility with Dolphin auto-disc-change

Dolphin has the ability to automatically swap discs via m3u files. However, using these m3u files through LaunchBox results in pathing errors. Instead of looking in "C:\[Path]\File.gcz", Dolphin will look in "C:File.gcz". Loading the m3u files directly through Dolphin works as intended.

As a workaround, "\[Path]\" can be appended to each file listing within the m3u, but this makes them incompatible with launching through Dolphin directly.
