Hey all. I was thinking about a theme idea which I would like to show off if anyone is up for the task. I been looking at so many themes and I really like all of them that people have made except sometimes it felt some themes needed more added features or was missing certain artwork. My idea is about using a SIDEBAR Panel that pops out along side of the game your highlighted on. This sidebar (not Pause Menu) is similar to the Play With Menu Bigbox uses except this lends a hand and extra information overlay which might be bulking up the theme. Maybe the Play With menu could be just incorporated into the Side bar. This would allow for side menu features for Rom Description, Manuals, Netplay which in turns leaves the main game theme window Fun but clean experience showcasing all the ART. I was also wondering if the Cartridges, game screen shots and logos could CYCLE through in a nice transition making the game section theme come to life randomly using its own assets. I would not have to view other images or cycle though them as much if it fade transitioned showcased them for me. ie: fading logos, boxart-3d boxart, carts to 3d cart artwork. Even Fanart could cycle though all based on Timers for Image cycling.
