Arrange by star rating is not working

If I use the "Arrange by > Star Rating" option my games are grouped by the "integer value" of the star rating, but groups are not created for more granular values (like 4s and 4.5s are put in the same group)..that would be fine if games beneath those groups were arranged in the selected order, but now they are not, they are arranged by title. I don't know if this is intended behavious, but it's definitely annoying, because 5 stars are not a lot and not being able to discern the fractional values makes it somehow worse.
