Dedupe within Consolidated Roms (Additional Applications)

Not sure under which circumstance this occurs but I find duplicate roms within many of my consolidated roms (i.e. exactly the same file path for a number of additional apps under the same parent app).

Could an xml transformation be created to de-dupe these?
