Feature request: WSYIWYG or HTML formatting for Notes field

Just like the title says. I'd like the ability to add formatting to the notes field so that we can bold, italicize, make headers, bullet points etc. Ideally we should be able to add this formatting in the web DB and have it scrape down to the client. My absolute ideal is that the notes field should resemble the hype text on the back of the box (or from the steam page or game website) as closely as possible.
