Panels don't remember their width when toggled off then on

I'm reporting this as a bug because it doesn't match expected behavior.

If you have either the Side Bar or the Game Details panes open, and you toggle either of them off and then back on, they come back on as a different width than they were when you turned them off.

I want to be able to open the Side Bar or Game Details panes just when I need them and turn them off when I don't, but I expect them to be the same width every time I turn them on.
