Allow custom themes for marquee monitor

I think it would be cool to Allow custom themes to be created and displayed on the marquee monitor instead of a static image, kinda like the loading screens where you could have the disc spinning and show box art, clear logo and the background etc. Possibly even let videos be used for the marquee themes.
