Can you get the metadata from the official stores rather than whatever it's pulling it from?

I import from Steam and have to correct bunches of them because LaunchBox totally screws up even the titles on import. I have a game called A Wonder that's imported as 7 Wonders II for example.

All I can say is don’t get your hopes up for them to do anything like that. I posted Issue#1870, asking to add support for importing metadata from VNDB, more than 2 YEARS ago, and STILL haven’t gotten a response.

What makes me even more depressed is that I payed $30 for the lifetime license, but all the updates that they keep coming out with have more “bells and whistles” features that I NEVER EVEN USE! Sorry for complaining, but it’s kinda frustrating when they act like they don’t even care.

I mentioned in another post of yours that Jason, since he really is the only developer, usually tries to add what the larger user base is requesting. Those “bells and whistles” are a result of an annual user poll Jason puts out then lets everyone vote on what they have been requesting over the years. He took the top X amount of items and worked on them. The forum and our discord are a great way to get your request noticed more. Activity there is more frequent that a Bitbucket page.
