Mame Import Extra - Family Friendly Feature

As a father, I kind of see this as a more family friendly feature.

I don't think this will be that hard, but could we have a extra option to delete Mame games that we don't want to import. So at the moment, the importer can skip certain game types such as Mature, Majong etc. It would be nice to clean this content off completely as LB already knows the files names already as its skipping them. Could we have a tick box to also remove the content for things we want to skip? You can obviously have some warning boxes about deleting and ensure user has back up etc.

Not only will it make this massive folder smaller (in terms of no. of files), but also reduce the risk that children can run things like some of these ‘mature’ titles by deleting it. I know there are 3rd party tools to do this, but it kind of helps wrap it up in LB if we could
