Option for a CRT filter on BigBox

As a user I would like to be able to have a CRT filter to match MAME style when using BigBox mainly for MAME in a cabinet. It doesn’t feels right when the frontend doesn’t match the look of the games. It could be even better if the user could also provide his own post-processing HLSL shader.
